Default Looking for a good Custom Home Builder..
I am looking for a good custom home builder in the area. Looking to move within the next year and need to get started...land is outside Gainesville. I would appreciate any help...

Jeff Bell . Bell / Harrison is business name I think. He builds BIG homes. Very nice.

Default OBIE awards
I think last Sunday's AJC had the annual OBIE awards' supplement.

As far as I know, the Atlanta Home Builders Association sponsors these awards. There's lots of catagories. For example:

Best builder for under $150,000
Best builder from $150,000 to $250,000
Best builder from $250,000 to $500,000
Best builder from 500,000 to $1,000,000
Best builder over $1,000,000
Best contractor for remodeling your bathroom
Best contractor for remodeling your kitchen
