Hello All,
I am moving from NJ to Cumming in '07. I am in my early 30s single and will miss the night lift of NYC but I am willing to take the trade off for peace of mind a sense of security and my own property. I chose this town b/c of the house prices and the distance to work. Around my subdivision there are many new subdivisions but I like mine b/c it is a couple of years old. I also noticed that Cumming in an up and coming town. I will travel on 400 to work in Alpharetta. Alpharetta was a little over priced for me at this time even though I would love to live there. My question is what are your thoughts on Cumming? What is this incorporated and unincorporated thing about the towns? |

Have you already purchased your new home? If so, what area of Cumming did you buy in because the traffic in the Cumming area is absolutly horrible.....If you haven't bought your new home yet, I would seriously look at the Canton/Western Alpharetta area as you can still get a nice home and traffic is all back roads and nothing like Cumming. Let me know if you have any other questions as I know this area very well.
