A reminder when posting photos if I may:
Hard as it is to believe, some people are still (gasp) using
dialup connections to access the internet. It's best to refrain from posting HUGE sized images, especially multiple large images in the same post. Otherwise, those dialup folks literally watch their hair turn gray as they wait for all of the photos to load.
It's best to resize your photos before you link to them on a post. A good general viewing size is 600 to 800 pixels wide. Any larger and the load times slow down a lot (even on some slower DSL connections) and any smaller and it becomes harder for folks to see details. Most digital cameras come with software that allows you to resize an image, or you can use more elaborate programs like Photoshop Elements or Paint Shop Pro. FREE programs are available online such as
Picasa from Google, Kodak's
Easyshare software,
IrfanView, and
The Gimp.
Final note: While most people who take photos would be flattered that you like their photo(s) well enough to post them, some won't be. Due to possible copywrite issues, post only shots that YOU have taken, or have permission to post, etc.
