How has Florida already gotten more than 80% of their precincts reporting in both their gubernatorial and Senate races and we haven't even cracked 3%??

Thinking it's going to be awhile before the final results come in. So much for electronic voting being quick to report.

6th District was close too. Handel only up by 3%. I'm hoping we can flip this one by 2020.

Handel (R) will take the 6th.

And it seems that Bordeaux (D) will take the 7th. (!)

Yeah, I saw that.

As of this writing, Democratic challenger Carolyn Bourdeaux is leading incumbent Republican Congressman Rob Woodall 52-48 in the Georgia 7th Congressional District with about 74% of the precincts reporting.

Woodall has surprisingly run a very low-key race with very few commercials, limited campaigning and very little money raised.

I've heard reports that Bourdeaux has outraised Woodall by something like a 3-1 margin.

It's almost like Woodall (who previously had long been a sweetheart of sorts with conservative base voters because of his support of the "FairTax" federal tax reform concept that his immediate successor, former boss and former GA-7 GOP Congressman John Linder was a intense supporter of) just mailed in it in that race.

If I'm reading it correctly, with all votes in, Dekalb County had about 150,000 votes. That's it?! That's abysmal and a huge reason for Abrams losing.

Holy ****, Dems might actually win the 6th. It's basically tied up right now, with 99% in, with less than 200 vote difference.

Handel - 144,778 (50%)
McBath - 144,609 (50%)
