I don't live in Hall but work in Hall. It is a typical suburb, lots of new homes, a big mall (the Mall of Georgia). You will be about 45 mins from Atlanta with no traffic, probably 1 1/2 to 2 hours in traffic. I don't know much about the schools or rentals, but you might be able to check the AJC (Atlanta Journal Constitution) website to look up rentals.
