I-85 Work between Newnan and Fulton County?
what's going on? I read that the DOT was going to make it three lanes on south of Newnan, but what's going on north of Newnan? I looked on the Georgia Navigator and the DOT site, found nothing

3 Lanes south of Newnan
They are working on it. The DOT are doing resurfacing now North of exit 47 first. In the next phase the 3 lanes will come.

they're preparing for the oncoming explosion of development around I-85 south (South Fulton, Coweta and parts of Fayette) It's already happening in south Fulton.
