Default Pcs To Fort Mcpherson(looking For Rent House)

Hi, My Husband Is Pcs To Fort Mcpherson In May, We Are Looking For Rent A House, Not To Big Could Be 3 Beds/2 Baths But I Really Want Formal Living Room And Family Room, Our Budget Is Between 1,100 To 1,300. We've Been Looking Over The Internet But Many Of The Houses Doesn't Have Family Room . If Anyone Have Any Suggestion, Because It's So Hard Rent A House When You Are Away From The State....we Going This Weekend To See Some Neighborhoods But You Cann't Make A Dession In One Weekend And We Have Not Time Before We Move.

I live less than a mile from Ft McPhereson, and the reason you aren't going to find a family room around here is because the homes near Ft. Mac are old! Our home has separate living/dining rooms, and since we're not big on formal dining, we've converted the dining room into a 'family room' of sorts. We're also going to do the same in a home we're renovating. What you get for what price really depends on how close you want to live to Ft Mac. We have friends who commuted up from McDonough (30-45 mins south) and other friends who've bought homes in the Camp Creek Area, which isn't that far away. You could definitely rent a 3/2 in your price range very close to the base, but unfortunately, you might have to forego the formal living or the family room.

Well. I know this is an old comment but I felt it would be wise to provide an answer to the above question. I have a rental property near Fort McPherson that should be available for rent with 3 BRs and 2.5 Baths. It has a formal dining space. Contact me at eriknnoel@gmail.com if you have any questoins.
