Thumbs up Great house in Brunswick Georgia

Anyone moving to the Brunswick / St. Simon's area needs to look at this house. It's a great house in a great location with deep water access. I loved living in Riverside and hated to move. The house is priced to move. Let me know if anyone is interested in specifics. Check out the house at this link: SAINT SIMONS ISLAND GEORGIA - SAINT SIMONS ISLAND Homes and Real Estate For Sale - Featured Property

Riverside is a great neighborhood, what with deep water access and all...the best part of it is that you can get twice as much house for the money there than on St Simons.

Exactly. I love the neighborhood, house and proximity to downtown as well as St. Simon's. We can get to The Village on St. Simon's faster than people who live on the north end of the island. Even with a brand new community dock offering year round deep water access, the dues are only $125 per year. I moved for job reasons. It's a great place to live. Only an hour to Jacksonville, FL or Savannah, GA.

Sorry you have to leave your little slice of Heaven...I have family that has been in Glynn County for years; they have always said that Riverside is one of Brunswick's best kept secrets.
