TimmG,
We are on a somewhat parallel course. Our lease is up here in Frederick MD August 1'st. We want to move to GA and start raising Queen bees and making nucs and bee boxes. I'm taking care of my 92 year old mother and her long term care insurance pays for home health aides. Ever think about starting a Visiting Angels franchise (or other licenced entity)? My Mom could be the first client!
Your looking for ten acres which would allow for a lot of "BEE ROOM". I have the money for all the equipment and bees to start out, but I will have to continue renting where ever we end up. Anyway...just thought it was a coincidence and I don't much believe in those things.

Yeah North Georgia is nice,I know our county has public charter schools not sure about rest of the areas here, jobs here not sure if we need a custodian or not but I do know we have 2 nursing homes here and there is one up the road about 15 miles and another down the road 15 miles that's just the ones I know about.
