Yes, She is married to Ray Knight who played major league baseball. I've ran into them at the Albany airport some years ago. My brothers co-worker acually bought an SUV from Ray and Nancy when they put a for sale ad in the newspaper. Went to go check it out a low and behold it was Ray Knight selling it.

I am not really sure. I know she was born here, married here (that's where the Deen comes from). She married Jerry Deen who is the brother of the man that owns the Nissan dealership here in Albany. (My parents good friends!) My mother has met and spoken with her many times, before all the fame and says that she is just like her on-air personality. Paula was terribly agoraphobic for a long time, but look at her now!!! She really had to dig deep within herself to find her own courage and strength - and WOW!!!!

I love her restaurant in Savannah.. the crowd can be touristy (but hey, it's Savannah), but the food is the bomb.
