Default Moving to Augusta. Evans, GA

Hi. Can anyone give me an idea which part of Evans is considered safer or a better place to live in for families? In general, is Evans a good community to live? Also, do the residents of evans work in evans, or augusta. How long is the commute from evans to augusta. Thanks!

Any part of Evans is great, schools are too. Traffic is getting a lil bad though.

I agree with Lukedaddy. There is no bad part of Evans. There's quite a variety of housing styles and prices, but anywhere in Evans is safe.

My daughter does the Evans-Augusta commute everyday. Minimum amount of time it takes her is 30 minutes.

Thumbs up Evans, GA

Evans, GA is a super place to work, shop, live, and enjoy 12,000 miles of shoreline of Clarks Hill Lake...minutes away. Evans has a lot of history. It has literally grown into a "brand new town."

Welcome Home.

I would recommend West Augusta. Close to everthing, good housing inventory, fairly diverse, and schools are not too bad.

Windmill plantation if i'm correct with the name. Is located right off washington road in the evans area. Close to all the construction happening in the area.

The evans area has several middle class neighborhoods to choose from.
