Default Question about custom house
I am planning to build a custom home in Adairsville, GA. I am looking to spend roughly $375,000 on my dream home. I have limited monetary resources and would like to save as much dollars as possible. What are some quality(more expensive) items, should I let the builder install; and what are some (Less expensive) items which are replaceable later, should I let the builder install to save money and cut cost? Advise Please!

We built a custom home in Milledgeville, Ga. 1 year ago. We feel our biggest investment we did was a American Standard Heat Pump. Our electric bill has already paid for itself in our opinion because it is very high efficient with cheap electric bills.
