My husband and I are moving to Fort Benning next year & we are thinking about building a house. We found out about Scenic Homes in Fort Mitchell, but soon realized that we probably wouldn't be happy with them. I am having the hardest time finding new subdivision developers down there. Could someone please help me? We really want to build a home but don't know how to find the people to do it. I would really appreciate any help.

Are you looking for a home builder or new subdivisions?

Either would be fine. I guess I'm leaning more towards new subdivisions. We want a good area that's close to Ft. Benning.

Most of the nicer subdivisions are on the northside of the city. I am sure there are a lot of new subdivisions coming online in south Columbus, but I don't know that area well. Most of the good schools and shopping are on the northside. Is there a particular price range that you have?

Default Fort Benning area builder

I am a builder and developer in the area. We build from the Fort Mitchell area to Auburn and would be happy to discuss building you a home. If you would like to discuss further feel free to email me with questions. You can contact me via email at HOUSE8215@HOTMAIL.COM.
