My husband and I just relocated from VA to the Gwinnett County area and are looking at the city of Dacula. Anyone have any pros or cons regarding this city?

Hi, I used to live in Hoschton which is next to Dacula. In fact my kids went to school at Fort Daniel Elementary and Discovery Point Academy both in Dacula. It's beautiful, quiet, yet close to shopping and about 1 hour from downtown Atlanta. I loved it.

Dacula, GA
Some of my in-laws live in Dacula. My mother-in-law & father-in-law have lived there for a little less than 2 years and enjoy it. My sister-in-law and her family have lived there for 10+ years and love it. They have two boys (one has gone completely thru the school system) and they said they love the schools. That area is growing, along with the rest of Gwinnett County. I really don't know a whole lot about Dacula, other than what they tell me, but it's all been good so far!
