Live in Dawsonville currently and have some questions about some developments currently underway. The first one is downtown at the Thunder Road/City Hall complex. The city planned a new urban district and construction has recently begun. I found a site plan from 2005 I believe, and I'm wondering if this is still the current plan. Any info would be appreciated!

The second development is the new Sembler complex right across from the North Georgia Premium Outlets. This is a huge 1 million+ square ft. development. Here's the recently updated site plan.

My question is does anyone know of any stores/tenants that will be in this development? I've heard the rumor's of Lowes, Target, Best Buy, etc..., but I don't believe any have been confirmed. Thanks for any help.
