Arrow Jobs - Gwinnett County

Hello..and thanks for your help and suggestions in advance..

We (My wife and I) are planning to relocate in the near future to Gwinnett County Area, specifically around Lawrenceville, GA. We don't have any kids but would plan to settle in an ideal place with good school system.

I would like to know if anyone can suggest the opportunities for Engineers, Electrical/Electronics Engineer around Gwinnett County Area. What are some of the known companies to hire Engineers with entry level or little experience? Is there a good number of jobs for Engineers or is it relatively low?

Also, are there state government agencies that are currently hiring for Electrical Engineers around Gwinnett County?

We appreciate all of your help to make our move easier!

This is a rather broad answer, but from what I know about Gwinnett most of the engineering type jobs are concentrated in the Peachtree Corners/ Technology Park area. That's in Gwinnett but not very close to Lawrenceville. There are probably some in Suwanee, which is close, but from what I understand the job market isn't very good. Good luck!

We are not set on Loganville, GA, rather open to other options. We liked the housing market out there in terms of pricing/size.

The closest family we will have is Pooler, GA and Greensboro, NC.

What would be other areas that have affordable housing ($200K-$250K for 2000+ Sqft House) with Engineering type of opportunities?

L'ville = Lawrenceville, not Loganville.
