Default white county get away
my brother has built a cabin type deal and is looking to sell it.
is that a good market?
is there a web site to help us find buyers?

Not such a good market - builders are turning in the keys to their properties to the bank. Lot of foreclosures. I am surprised your brother didn't discover this while building it...

If he just wants to "unload it" - he will probably be fine. There were days when you could double your money on property in White County in just a few years - those days are over, like everywhere else.

Property is selling, just a a very slow pace and some houses have been on the market for 2 years.
