DISGUSTASUCKS: Thank you for the one up on Athens. Are housing costs and rent about $1000.00 to $1200.00 per month for a 3 bedroom home? I want to Rent before buying...I have read conflicting views on Athens and Columbus. Where is the Albeit neighborhood in Atlanta? Is it really that great to move to? If so, what type of housing do they offer in that area
