Default Top Ten Places 2 Live In Ga?

i am thinking of moving here from s. fl ...


1. we are looking to rent to own a home

2. we want to spend $1400 or less

3. low crime area.

4. ocean area or lake area


5. we donnot like big city areas. we like the small town feeling
from 80,000 people and under.

6. doesnt matter north south east or west.


7. in ga. is there better weather parts then other parts?

8. an area that you can open up a res/com cleaning business

9. the job market growing

10. meet some friendly people.

Eatonton, Lake Oconee area about 1 1/2 hr from Atlanta. My sister lives on Lake Oconee and it's very beautiful with friendly people and growing a lot. Lots of new business coming in. You will find all prices there.

I agree, I lived near Lake Sinclair in a place called The Oaks which is wooded with lots of dogwoods, very quiet, lots of nice people.
We loved the lake because of the islands you could stop at and picnic or just lay around and relax. Very nice lake.
