I was in Atlanta over the weekend and looked at several subdivisons in Fairburn, GA. My family and I liked the Legacy at St. Josephs ( The Sausalito model). Can anyone give me some input on the builder and homes in the area.

legacy is a pretty good builder, and the homes are pretty good. That's what I'd rate them- not great, not bad, just pretty good. But the upside is that you can get a pretty good sized no frills house for a good price. Fairburn and south fulton is growing too and there are is a lot of retail sprouting up and there are many many home choices in the area at all different price points so if you don't like the home but do like the area, then you have some options!

Tdiddy must have had a different experience than what I've heard. I'd check the Better Business Bureau records before I made the decision to tour one of their neighborhoods.

I am working as a buyer's agent for a buyer who is closing at the end of the month on that exact model in that very community; so far, everything is going well.
