My husband is a US Marine and we will be relocating to the Smyrna area. I have a 7th grader and a 3 year old. I am looking for information on schools and childcare facilities. We will be looking to rent a house or an apartment as well. Should we look to live in Smyrna or Marietta. I am currently working for the base housing contractor here at Camp Lejeune, NC and will be unable to transfer. I need advise on where to search for jobs for myself as well.
Any information that you can share with me will be a big help. Thank you in advance!!!! |

You may wish to post this in the Atlanta room, as Smyrna and Marietta are both suburbs of Atlanta and you'll most likely get more replies that way. Note that at the top of the Atlanta room there is also a sticky regarding school answers or where you can specifically post school questions as well.
