I am happy to say that I am a student in Athens, GA. The rest of these cities are crime ridden slums with an aristocracy that runs the economy. Its small town America. Columbus is probably the most diverse city with the largest infantry base in the world (Fort Benning). North Columbus is very nice as well, I am impressed. Macon has nice shopping centers, especially the Bass pro shops, but there are slums throughout the city. I fear for my life outside of the shopping areas.

This is all well and good, but it is nothing but a proposal. A proposal that will never see the light of day, unless this guy can finance it all by himself.
Nobody is lending money these days unless you have equity or pre-leasing of at least 50%. Don't hold your breath.
Besides, the chances of getting carjacked or shot in this area makes financing pretty risky to begin with.

In one ear and out the other.......all you do blow a bunch of hot air that no cares to read or listen too... I expect this response for you which clearly shows your true reflection a "MACON HATER" !!!!!! that true it is a proposal, but every proposal from 2006-present has broken ground even during this economic chaos whats and nothing going to stop it now......For a project like this they will find a way to get financing.....i will keep you informed because i'm sure you would glad to hear that....... GO Macon!!!!
