Don't worry. They could probably get financing from the bankrupt owners of the Macon Mall after they tear it down next year.
That location may be just a little safer too.

I was watching "Most Shocking" on Tru Tv out of Atlanta, GA today. The first video they showed was gang violence at Macon Mall. The gangs were fighting in the food court, picking up chairs and tables and throwing them at each other. I thought it was representative of Macon, GA. A bunch of low income hood rats. We all know that poverty creates crime. If any of you wish to argue this I'll prove it farther than you can say Hi so don't f with me. You have to say that on this site...its sad. Columbus, GA forever!

The Fight at the Macon Mall was NOT gang related and it happen over 2 years ago. We all know that not only poverty creates crime but the life lavish and finer things doesn't as well. YOU don't know a "DAM" thing about these people involved in this fight, or what they make or what kind of families they come from.... Before you start to label people you DO NOT know as Low income rats, they just might earn a higher income than you and come from a family who makes YOURS look like low income rats. that kill me is when people like you has no clue of the case and take somethings like this and run with it......Then start to label people as being gang related or low income, just because of there skin color or the type of clothing they wear. The funny thing is that people like are so quick to use income levels to be little someone, when your own income level is in the same bracket or not far off. I don't know if being a UGA student has went to your head or something but I'm the right one that will surely bring you back to reality.

What?
This makes absolutely no sense at all.
I watched it, and that kind of behavior is simply unacceptable to civilized people - especially in the center of your major Mall, of all places! I knew things were bad down there, but not THIS bad.
The Mall is on its deathbed, and Macon has serious issues.

^LOL!
None of these videos you posted took place in a major Mall.
None of this even approaches the wildness of what I saw on TruTV. People heaving tables and chairs at each others heads, attempting to do bodily harm? I can assure you that this DOES NOT happen in "most Malls."
Drunks fighting outside of a bar is supposed to somehow make Macon Mall look better?
People arguing in a bank lobby over line jumpers is supposed to somehow minimalize the violence at Macon Mall?
You are in serious denial.

A Fight is a fight no matter where it happens.....You just trying to use something years old to fuel you schemes to make Macon look bad again..... don't waste your time it doesn't work...

Drop the tired, old, often repeated (by you) refrain that I hate Macon. As I have said before, I love Georgia and want all of our cities to do well.
If you think that "a fight is a fight no matter where it happens," you are very misinformed. This kind of behavior is not acceptable anytime, anywhere. Most certainly not in the food court of a major Mall!
I don't know anyone that would step foot into a Mall that has near-riots in the food court. I don't care if it was yesterday, or two years ago.
Now I understand why there was such a sudden rash of store closings there. It wasn't the new open-air center in North Macon - it was this out of control behavior shown on TruTV.
All the things I keep hearing about Macon - but didn't want to believe, make sense now.

Do a youtube search of 'Macon Mall'. It will be the very first thing that pops up. All this time has went by and yet it is the most relevant thing on youtube for the mall. I even searched 'Mall Fight' and it showed up. Sad, ain't it?
