Newnan has Ashley Park which has the same stores as a traditional mall, but it is considered a life-style center. Developers are going with this type of development more than traditional malls. Indoor malls are on the way out.

Well thats true. Ashley Park is very nice and they are adding a lot of new stores. Ashley Park is a part of the planned South Atlanta Shopping Centre. SASC is supposed to be a 2 mall complex and should be finished in about 2 years.

The only malls on the southside of Atlanta have turned into drug and prostitution centers! Shannon and Southlake are shells of there former selves and Greenbriar Mall and South Dekalb Mall are very sketchy.

The Macon Mall is split in half, in two sections. Wow! The only other place I've seen that is in Winston-Salem at Hanes Mall.
Which end is the new end? I take it is the Dillard's End?

Actually, even though the expansion is done, Augusta Mall is about 1.3 million square feet. Macon Mall is only bigger by 100,000 square feet.
