C-Port
Sea Port because Savannah is a port near the sea/ocean

C is like a urban thing instead of saying "sea" people say C. Similar to the (da), escape (Xscape), etc

I always called it Corn Cobb County..
When I used to live in Atlanta area, heard people refer to Decatur as "DickHater", Chamblee as "Chambodia" , Doraville as "DoraNAM" and Marietta as "MAYretta"

Of these choices, Disgusta is the most widely known.

People down in Fayette County refrer to Peachtree City as "The Bubble." Whenever the 2 high schools in PTC (McIntosh and Starr's Mill) compete athletically in any sport, it's called "The Battle of The Bubble."

I've always thought War-Town was cool for Warner Robins. Not only is it a shortening of the city name, but fitting of the city in general being a military town

I'm going to try to think of some others that probably havent been mentioned.

Cordele "Watermelon Capital"
Buena Vista "Buzzardville"
Dublin "The DUB"
Forsyth "Fox City"

Not cities but I like these county nicknames

Wilkinson County "Wilco"
Washington County "Waco"
Houston County "Hoco"
