Which city is better of the two areas in your opinion. Both seem to have their own positive traits.

Columbia's going to be a hell of a long drive every day. Most of the SRS people live in West Augusta, Olde Town (closer to the plant), Evans (Augusta Suburb) or Aiken.

Live in Aiken.. that is where many SRS employees live.. and that way you are not that big of a drive to Augusta or Columbia.. so you can have both.

I'd also ask how old you are and if you're married. Augusta is more fun if you're single. Aiken has some cool stuff, but is also a big retirement hot spot.

If you live in aiken you can be 30 minutes to augusta and columbia. But if you are single or a younger couple. I would pick living in augusta. Aiken is geared more towards the older folks. Alot of people retire in aiken.
