I ran across this bit of info in the Columbus Ledger Enquirer.

I am just wondering what type of retail will be built there.
I have also notices that the condos in the Eagle and Phenix Mills Downtown are selling at pretty good pace even in this tough housing market. I had heard that they had pretty much sold out and will be moving on to the next phase. It is good to see that the Downtown Columbus housing market is doing very well. Looks as though the much studying of other successful cities and what they have done (good and bad) is paying off. I was Downtown this past Friday afternoon and I must admit it really looks good down there. I suppose whenever all the building stops (if it ever will) the place will be outstanding.
