I might be moving from Norcross to Flowery Branch. Can someone tell me more about it. Crime, apartments for rent, anything at all

I would like to know, too.

I think it must be a safe area, near Buford/Suwanee--little crime--because of the location--???Gwinnett--Forsyth--or maybe Hall county--I don't know which--all are close to Lake Lanier. I know that.

The area is exploding --new homes/subdivisions--certain to be plenty of shopping--good schools. I wonder how expensive it is??

If I were to move north--I think I would want to stay near Peachtree Industrial Blvd---I have lived here for decades and get very lost beyond Duluth.

Flowery Branch--website>>>
http://www.flowerybranchga.org/

It is in Hall county--that's Gainesville. I heard this week they chose to allow the international flags to remain at the high school--there were rumblings of protest against 'Immigration'---Hall county has a large Hispanic population--filling low paying jobs in the chicken processing industry---certain there are strong feelings about diversity, etc.

If you live in metro Atlanta---anywhere--you will find 'Strong Opinions' of every kind. If the state wants to continue to progress economically--and I know that is what the state of Georgia wants desperately--then we need to become 'Fiscally Conservative/Socially Liberal'--or something along those lines. jmo.

Couple of good places to work there that I know of. Rockwell & Wrigleys . Both blue collar jobs mostly. My neighbor works at the gum place & seems to love it.
