Default Where is the Most Cultually Diverse Place in Ga???

Can anyone tell me where I can find the most cultual diversity in Ga? I visited Cobb County...which I love...however, I am noticing this unstated segregation...black people with black people...white people with white people and a sprinkling of other. I come from the next best thing to the UN...NYC. I am not expecting cultural diversity on that level but come on...Can ya please help a sista find some diversity here?

My friend told me in these word "Atlanta is the tale of two cities", talking about that. It's not as bad as you may see. I go there a lot, and I'm originally from NYC. It's not that bad. Venture out in the city a bit more, go to different spots and see how it goes for you. You can't expect anywhere else to be NYC. Dont compare the two. Big no, no..Just my 2 cents. Aside from NYC, which does not seem to be segregated to the naked eye, (since we dont have much space, we're all clustered together, it may seem we're that close to one another, and cool with each other when we're really not half the time), nowhere will is like NYC in many aspect. ...Just look for like minded people, create your network and you should be ok.

I think you will find that situation almost everywhere. As the previous poster said, NYC is an exception in almost every respect. If you want NYC, you have to live there.

Cobb County is one of the more conservative counties in the Atlanta Metro area. If you're looking to relocate to the Atlanta area and you want diversity, I would suggest looking at Fulton or Gwinnett Counties.
