Default Apartments in Norcross Area

Due to a job move to Norcoss, I'm considering moving to Norcross from Buckhead. I'm in my 40s and have no kids. I'm looking to rent an apartment or condo in an elevator building (slight handicap). My lease is up very soon so I'd need to find something fast. Can anyone recommend a nice safe complex? Thanks in advance for your help!

There are a number of apartment complexes on Holcomb Bridge Rd --Norcross/Peachtree Corners, as well as several condo properties. Not certain about finding an elevator bldg. There are some lofts in Chamblee that might be suitable?

I'll mention one apartment complex in the Peachtree Corners area of Norcross. I don't know the name of the apartment complex but it's on Peachtree Corners Drive or Street, near Spalding Drive.

Take Holcomb Bridge Road and exit on Peachtree Corners Street/Drive. Don't turn right, because that will take you to Peachtree Industrial. Take a left, and the apartment complex is down the street, maybe three or four blocks, on the left-hand side. It sits a bit off the street.

Times do change, but this apartment complex was once highly rated. I don't follow apartment ratings, but I do remember this complex as being highly rated. I have no idea if it's highly rated now.

I think every year the AJC has a Sunday paper focusing on real-estate ratings, which at one time included apartments. That's my understanding.

Things like this:

1. Best subdivision under $150,000
2. Best remodeling contractor for under $50,000
3. Best remodeling contractor for over $100,000
4. Best designed single-family homes

I remember that this apartment complex was rated as being one of the best in its price range. It's moderately priced. This is a number of years ago--not recently. You might want to check it out. It could be a good fit?

The new very upscale mall/shops ( I can't remember the name ) on Peachtree Parkway/141 just opened up a few years ago and it's somewhat close to this apartment complex. The Peachtree Corners Library is close, too, on Spalding Drive. This apartment has a great location.

I would guess it has an elevator but I don't know. Good luck!

The name of the apartment complex is Wynfield Trace. I talked to a friend out that way.
