Default Web Designer Looking to Relocate

I'm a self employed web designer and I'm interested in relocating to an affordable home in GA, NC, LA or a neighboring state. The area I move to needs to have access to DSL, cable or a similiar high speed internet provider.

I don't need to be near a big city though it's not bad if I am. I can move anywhere pretty much so I want to get the most for my money. Are there towns in GA or any of the states I listed above that have nice homes for less than 100k? I have no kids but would like 2-3 bedrooms, in a fairly low crime area.
