As usual, Courier23 (a.k.a. Powerplay) avoids the question. How pathetic is that rofl!!!! You need therapy haha.
I gave you a clear opportunity to say something and you fold.....why must I ask....because you don't have any evidence to prove your false statements. So, so sad.
Now everyone sees you clearly rofl!!

It sounds like you have a lot of time on your hands and nothing better to do....
Your anger is getting the better of you.
Posts sound like you are more worried about winning people to your side than answering questions..
Go back to Chicago.
Gotta go....I will get back to the forum when I get down to Clearwater this evening..take care

The 99-room hotel, located along Bass Road, is the first building to be constructed as part of a mixed-use development called Providence Village at North Macon.
The nearly $15 million hotel is an anchor for the 1st phase of Providence Village at North Macon, the development, which includes a 50,000-square-foot office building, restaurants and a building with retail on the first floor and with lofts overhead.

Outside of Atlanta, Leesburg, Georgia is the fastest growing county or town. It is still small but has wonderful public school system and it is very reasonable to live here. They have outscored for over five years the APR tests.

If the retail development is so great in Macon, why did they foreclose on the Macon Mall. $150,000,000 owed.

Hey Valdosta, while you are bragging about retail for your city, you forgot the biggest thing you have and most people in the state of Georgia do not know this. Valdosta has the largest sawmill in the state of Georgia. Georgia's biggest crop is forest products and most of it is produced in South Georgia, not Atlanta. $20 billion into the state alone. Without the forest industry in the state it would not be much. But you will lose Moody after the war dies down. Georgia did not go Obama and Moody and probably Warner Robins are both gone. Albany Marines will probably stay because Dougherty County voted for Obama. Be prepared. It is all politics. But maybe all the towns will return like it was during the 1950's and I loved it. Very little crime and slow moving.

Macon, I thought Blue Bird and I am sure of this is in Fort Valley. Did you not lose a plant that employed over 2500 in the last 2 years. Tobacco or something? You also lost the quilt store I liked to go to. How many stores have closed in the mall since is demise or probably closure. Did someone buy them out? They went on auction.

You are correct, but common sense tells anyone thats knows anything about the Macon area,Fort valley is considered a part of Macon's Metro & CSA which plays a role in the Central GA economy. Read before you speak!!!!

Well if you had read the article, it clearly states the Retail sales had NOTHING to do with the Mall's Foreclosure issue, it was due to poor Management... "AGAIN PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU SPEAK"
