I really do not think anyone has to try very hard to make Columbus look bad....it has done a fine job on its own thank you very much.

If I had to raise a family, I would choose Columbus over Savannah. However, if I wanted to have fun I would choose Savannah. There are many people who say Macon is a much funner city than Columbus, I have been to Macon and Columbus and partied in both, there's no big difference because once you've partied in Atlanta or Savannah, then Columbus and Macon comes up short on that stick.

True.
I think when all the smoke and mirrors are removed Columbus has just never rose to the occasion.
Ft Benning will be all that happens down that way for years to come and even that will not be enough.
