About 85-90 % of Richmond county is consolidated with Augusta. Hephzibah/Mcbean and Blythe make up such a small potion; its not enough to stand their own.

Hephzibah and Blythe have a combined population of less than 4600. That's less than 2.5% of the county population.

Actually, the Augusta Balance of Richmond County (The part of Richmond County Consolidated with Augusta) makes up about 95% of the total population of the entire county. The population of Hephzibah and Blythe only make up about 5% of the total for the county... so it is very negligible. McBean is not a seperate municipality like Blythe and Hephzibah so it is included in teh consolidated part of richmond county.

Kansas City, Missouri and Kansas City, Kansas are simply two separate, but adjoining cities with the same name.
