About 85-90 % of Richmond county is consolidated with Augusta. Hephzibah/Mcbean and Blythe make up such a small potion; its not enough to stand their own.  |

Hephzibah and Blythe have a combined population of less than 4600. That's less than 2.5% of the county population.

Hephzibah city limits is 7,000 to 8,000.

Yeah in 2000 it was 4,000. Its the year 2009. 2010 census is not fara way. |

Actually, the Augusta Balance of Richmond County (The part of Richmond County Consolidated with Augusta) makes up about 95% of the total population of the entire county. The population of Hephzibah and Blythe only make up about 5% of the total for the county... so it is very negligible. McBean is not a seperate municipality like Blythe and Hephzibah so it is included in teh consolidated part of richmond county. |
