Default Sports for 3 yr olds in Cherokee County?

Hi,
I just signed up my 3.5 yr old to Cherokee Impact soccer and would like to see if there are any other sports for 3 or soon to be 4 yr olds to get started. I been o the Cherokee recreation website and it has no useful information.

If anyone has any info about other sports leagues or activities that will be good for 3/4 yr olds please let me know. Thanks

I-9 Sports lets kids play flag football as early as 4 (I think) Also, they have a soccer league. Another good thing for small kids is karate. At that age they just teach them the basics and dicipline. Depending on where you live in Cherokee, I can give you some names. Just IM me.

With the economy in dire straits maybe shooting marbles would be a great comeback sport for a 3.5 year old!!

It is my belief that organized team sports should be reserved for kids around six or seven years old (at least)... after they have experienced peer relationships in school and such. Any younger than that and they will be out there simply because mommy and daddy want them to be. Kids should be given time to be kids... playing in the dirt, scraping their knees, ripping the heads off of dolls, ect.. Whats the rush? Looking for the Tiger Woods retirement plan? Let 'em be kids... and swallow a marble or two and cram a pea up their nose.
