I live in buford. I like it better than cumming.
The folks in cumming are nice but too much traffic, too many speed traps.
Too many florida transplants.

And do you really want to write, "Cumming" on every envelope as your return address?
Not to be perverted but everytime you have to give out your address and someone asks you to spell the name of your town, you will have to go "c-u-m-m-i-n-g"

That alone is a deal breaker for me.

Cumming is more expensive. Cumming is more white bread. Buford has more minorities. Cumming is more woodsy looking or at least for the time being. At the rate they bulldoze for building shopping centers and subdivisions, it won't be for long.

We are relocating to GA hopefully by the end of the summer. Just need our house to sell here We are in PA near Reading. We can't wait to relcoate. I live in GA about ten years ago and loved it! We are looking into the Woodstock area more specifically Towne Lake.

Good Luck!

Dear LTINPA:

It's been quite a while since I have been on this forum. LIFE has gotten so hectic! No, we haven't made the move to GA yet....but after much gut wrenching thought, we are going to go for it. Getting house ready to list in October. Need to do this before our son gets too old (he is 7)....

Have you made the move from Pittsburgh? Just wondering.....
