REO Homes
I am trying to purchase a REO townhome unit and I do not understand why they are not willing to sell it to me. I made an offer on the unit at its asking price and the seller's paying for the closing costs. I am pretty sure that the closing costs do not cost that much if I am buying a unit that is under 50. I do not know why they are not accepting my offer. Don't they want to sell these units as soon as possible and get them off their book? I am confused... Any help would be appreciated!
