I voted for Thomasville in your poll.
I think it is an absolute gem of a town, in a beautiful County.

Thomasville is gorgeous and not far from Tallahassee if you need amenities of a bigger town. I am amazed at how many people are unfamiliar with Thomasville... it is just a delightful place and most definately the gem of South Georgia.

Yes, and Rosalind Russell is from nearby Bainbridge!
On the drive to Tallahassee, you actually pass by some of the old resorts that are actually still in use as residence's - just beautiful.
Not too sure if Thomasville itself would like us extolling her virtues to the world - they might want to remain a secret?

So difficult to decide... I know of many little gems. Golf gems, fishing gems, old house gems, partying gems... I simply cannot choose a single one.

I don't know enough about the places in your poll to make a choice, but there is a place in Georgia that I have been wanting to visit for years.
Callaway Gardens - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Hope I make it there some time this year. Can someone tell me when is the best time to visit?
