Moving from Florida (Savannah, Swainsboro, Sandersville: real estate, school, license)

Hello eneryone,
Just wondering if anyone knows about the Kite/Swainsboro area. We are thinking of moving there next summer it is beautiful there but need info on jobs.

My husband does remodeling he owns a small company here and I am a Manager of Subway have been for 20 years last year I went back to school for my real estate license for somthing to fall back on if needed. I am told we wouldnt be able to come close to what we make here in Florida. But we want more for our 2 girls.Where are you located

Usually Savannah. Temporarily in Florida.

I was puzzled because it's not exactly an economically thriving area. Have been driving through there for years. I tend to explore places as I travel.

Here's something else that may be useful. Sandersville has always seemed like a nice town, and it's not far from the area you're interested in.
