i'm speaking in terms of residential. i do know from experience that they are strict on building development, but the demand is not there like it is in valdosta. you would think the area would attract more people.

Rome is a good choice. If you are into the outdoors, you will find there is a lot to see and do around Rome. Berry College is a beautiful campus. You are only a little more than an hour from Atlanta and about the same distance to Chattanooga.

This list is misinformed at best... Generally the areas they list can be rather nice (if you have a big budget) but the actual cities..... short of serving administrative function im not sure who would want to live there, maybe except ptc if you fit certain criteria.

I'm surprised Statesboro hasn't beeen mentioned. This town is very much up and coming. GA Southern has helped that town tremendously. I would categorize it as a 3rd tier city...very similar in population to that of Brunswick.

Dart03 is on a distinguished road
Thomasville and Thomas County is a excellent area to relocate to in Southwest Georgia. Its a very beautiful city with a lot of historical homes and a cool downtown area
