What do you think her chances are as being a possible Justice on the U.S.Supreme Court ?Do you think with the new vacancy of Justice David Souter she could be a nominee? How would she adjudicate?Would she be a good choice? Is she liberal, conservative, or moderate.

Personally I like her.I thought she served with a very moderate view while on the State Supreme Court as Chief Justice.I'm just interested to know what other people think if she were a nominee .

I have followed her career ever since she approached me at the Inman Park Festival YEARS ago to ask for my vote when she was running for Fulton County Superior Court.

She has been a fantastic Supreme Court Justice for us, and I would be thrilled to see her end up in D.C.

BTW, I think she is personally more liberal than her rullings imply.

i think you may be right about her being more liberal in her personal life than in her deliberations.

How about appoint someone with an impeccable career in the justice system...an expert on constitutional Law. Wht should race or gender be the overriding qualification?

I agree but why can't you have both? Why not have a court that represent all?Of course not at the sake of having the right judicial credentials.
