Default Rome vs Dalton

I want to know which is more like a city, which has better city parks, which is more progressive. Thanks.

From my experience with both, I'd have to say Rome.. It feels more like a city. As far as Progressive.. well it does have Berry College (which has a beautiful campus!).. Dalton has better interstate access though, which makes for easier travel to Chattanooga or Atlanta.
