Default HELP Green Summer vs Hamilton Mill vs Ellsworth Preserve

We are relocating from Union county NC and we need to make a decision very quickly.

After looking at possibly 100 homes we have three in our price point that seem interesting. Problem is they have very little in common. I am especially interested in any information about Green Summers in Forsyth county. The other two homes are in Hamilton Mill and Ellsworth Preserve. I have the tax information, I saw first hand the traffic issues around Hamilton Mill and I have all the school info I can absorb. I am trying to get inside info - good and bad - to help me understand what issues we may face living in each development.

We are going to be making offers within the next two weks. Main concerns are.....

Middle and High schools
Lot - We prefer flat and at least semi-private
Taxes
Price point needs to be < $300,000
Finished basement
