Question st marys

planning on looking for new home in a family area. near schools park etc. like to spend less than 225,000 for a newer home. any suggestions or area to look at near or in st marys? like to bring family down from western mass to view area and hopefully buy before sumer ends. thank you for your help

Just was in that area for almost 4 days. New construction for $225K ??

sorry i meant to say loooking for a home for less than 225,000 that was fairly new as in less than 10 years not a new home sorry for the confusion
