Trying to ID Roadside Memorials in Southwest Georgia (Albany, Griffin: living, county)

I photograph and document roadside memorials. The following are some that I have researched and been unable to identify. I seek the name and age of the deceased, a few details of the accident and when it occurred. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Intersection of Livingston Bridge Road, Ellenton-Omega Road, and Moultrie Lenox Road in Tift County, Georgia. Victims names appear to be Hope June Doyon and Eleni or Elen Thomas

Chuck Unruh, Kinchafoonee Creek Road, Lee County,Georgia

Frances Griffin, April 30, 2004, Age 65, Coffee County, Georgia

Pete Hill and Jack Addision---both killed at the intersection of Hwy 82 and 27 in Randolph Co.

Early Co, Hwy 45, North of Damascus. Three crosses. One reads "Heavy Metal"

Albany, Georgia, on West Gordon near Valencia

Dougherty Co, Georgia, on Oakhaven Drive

Hwy 37 in Baker Co. Cross reads "Heather"

Jamie Hancock, Pearson Rd in Worth Co.

James Helton, Philema Rd and Hwy 32 in Lee Co.
