Try Century 21. I believe they are in charge of the leasing of that place

We have living in our home with us (we live near the beach here in VA Beach) an Albany local, born and raised. He has given us all the same apartment info that was in that other thread. I wasn't sure if maybe someone who lives there currently might have some enlightening information. I've contacted everyone and their mother...and thanks to ya'all and your helpfulness, we've been able to nail down a townhouse at Creekwood (in their older section, but whatever, we can move later if we stay longer than a year). THANK GOD and thank you folks as well!

Yay! As you can tell from some of my posts here and on the other thread, Creekwood would be my choice. I promise you are not making a mistake. Honestly - they have one of the biggest swimming pools I have ever seen! There is another member that lives there now - I bet he wouldn't mind if you had any questions! Good luck and have a great move!
OH BTW - you will be right around the corner from this great little Japanese fast food place - even has a drive thru - it is called Hibachi Express, and it is WONDERFUL!!!!

Yeah it is in a good location, its right up the road from Publix and a shopping center, Wendys, BK, Zaxby's, Sonic, and a little ways from Wal-mart and the movie theater. One of the better locations in Albany.

I'm glad you found a place! My pediatrician lives there but in Phase II. I really liked the Phase I apartments, but we ended up needing a fenced yard for our toddlers.
I'm glad to hear you didn't opt for Lee Village. We lived there for several months and weren't thrilled... it's a lot of money for good looks, but poor quality construction and you have to go there weekly for 2 months to get your deposit back once you move out, otherwise they will just keep it. Very overpriced and overrated, IMO.
