You need to provide MUCH more info if you wish for people to help you here - more than that you "need info". Home prices? Apartments? Schools? Commute? Public transit (there is none by the way)? What "info" are you specifically looking for?

Paulding County is a mixed bag.

The western half of the county, from areas west of Dallas to the Polk and Harralson County lines, is definitely rural.

The eastern flank of the county is suburban in nature, particularly the areas in close proximity to Powder Springs, Highway 278, Highway 92, and Dallas Highway, granted that development density varies at times.

In locations of south-central Paulding, say in and around the New Georgia area, around Nebo Road, west of Highway 92, the area is suburban-looking in some locations and ex-urban looking other areas, with a rural patch here and there.

North of Dallas, along Highway 61, is predominately rural, but parts of it are starting to be developed, and it's starting to take on an ex-urban feel.
