No, actually I am the opposite of gullible. If I believed all the Macon hype you post, I would be gullible.
Please explain how posting links to a bunch of proposals from articles that are 3 1/2 and 2 1/2 years old respectively, proves anything at all?
On a related Macon note, the work to get the Georgia Music Hall of Fame relocated to Downtown Atlanta is now officially underway. In it's present location, it is doomed to failure due to extremely low visitor numbers. The taxpayers of Georgia are subsidizing the place to the tune of over $1 million a year. The thought is if the Museum were relocated to Atlanta, attendance would be self-supporting, with no tax subsidy needed.
Sorry, Macon.

http://atlanta.bizjournals.com/atlan...ly65.htmlAfter Atlanta sucks all the life out your town, will become another sub-suburb in the metro. 2010, the migration to WR may pickup 100 fold. Atleast you guys may get a highspeed rail out the deal.

Exactly the same situation with nearly every attraction in Columbus as well and have thrown away millions of dollars.
They have failed to bring in steady numbers and should give them up to Atlanta etc.

Haven't heard that for Columbus. Heard the new National Infantry Museum is doing well. Seems as if they keep building new museums there. They wouldn't do it if they didn't think it would be profitable..........
