Hi all. I originally posted a thread about going to school in Gainesville. I didn't get much feedback so hopefully I can get more here:-)

I thought I was going to Brenau Univ - Gainesville campus but I just found out the program I need is at the Atlanta campus (Norcross). Soooo, my questions are pretty much the same.

Where is a good area with good schools (schools being the most important factor) as I have a 7 year old son and 7 month old daughter.

Price range for a home $150k-$200k. Nice family oriented community with lots of kids in the subdivision. I do not want to be close to Atlanta (downtown) and all the hype. Would rather country type living but not too country lol. Overall a nice area. I don't mind the commute being far from the school because I will only be going to the campus on Friday evenings and on Saturdays.

Also, if anyone knows the names of any nice subdivisions within my price range that I can google, that would be great.

Any help would be appreciated.

Oh one last thing, homes need to have basements as I am trying to have a licensed daycare in my home.

Thanks in advance!
