Egg white omelette with soy bacon or soy sausage, maybe a bagel or english muffin with jelly (no butter), banana, sometimes some light yogurt. Always with coffee....lots of coffee.

Some days I eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast.

Other days I'll eat biscuits and gravy for breakfast.

Still, other day's I'll eat scrambled eggs, bacon, grits, and toast or biscuits.

Every once in a while, I'll eat pancakes or waffles for breakfast.
